ISHONI means “together” in Japanese, we would like to bring people together with your loved ones.
ISHONI Yakiniku is founded in 2013 summer, a warmly Japanese barbecue bistro with only 6 tables at Bellevue.
Our founder was trained at yakiniku restaurants in Taiwan. We kept the original yakiniku culture moving forward, also exchanged and improved some ingredients to establish a brand-new yakiniku restaurant in Seattle.
ISHONI Yakiniku Seattle has reopened up on Feb 2021 and located at
611 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102.
